Marlborough Hospital Safe Summer Fun Day
The 12th annual Safe Summer Fun Day is June 12, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., on the front lawn of Marlborough Hospital, 157 Union St., Marlborough. The free child-oriented health and safety fair will be held rain or shine. The hospital will once again sponsor bike helmet fitting, with trained Marlborough Hospital staff will properly fitting and giving away children’s bicycle helmets while supplies last. For adults who wish to be fitted, a $10 donation is requested. The event will feature many hands-on hospital exhibits such as healthy eating, “doctor dress up,” sun exposure screenings, heart health and stopping germs from spreading, to name a few. The day will also feature fun, family-oriented activities, a trackless train, a deejay, games and giveaways.
